Description
Knowsley Council is seeking to commission an experienced and high-quality service provider to deliver a community-based social prescribing service, which will be known locally as the Knowsley Networkers Service.\r \r The service will be available to all Knowsley residents age 18 and over, and will work closely with Knowsley based organisations (listed under Section 4.3.1), as well as other relevant regional and national organisations.\r \r The contract dates are 1/4/2026 - 31/3/2029 with a 12 month optional extension.\r The documents are accessible via The Chest DN792514\r
