Framework agreement for auditing services 2023

Description

The purpose of the framework agreement is to ensure a statutory audit of the company AtB AS as well as other advisory and attestation services in relevant professional areas. The contract applies from the time of signing of the contract and has a duration of 5 years, calculated from the time of signing of the contract. The contracting authority has a unilateral option to extend the contract for 1+1 year. Lot 1: The purpose of the framework agreement is to ensure a statutory audit of the company AtB AS as well as other advisory and attestation services in relevant professional areas. The contract applies from the time of signing of the contract and has a duration of 5 years, calculated from the time of signing of the contract. The contracting authority has a unilateral option to extend the contract for 1+1 year. The framework agreement has an estimated value of NOK 4.5 million and a maximum value of NOK 7 million. Note that a statutory audit will be called off soon after the contract is signed. The call-off agreement will be an SSA-O and have the same duration as the framework agreement. It will apply from and including the fiscal year 2023.
