Description

The contracting authority invites submissions from candidates for the provision of the services to include: — business process design, implementation and support, — solution design and build, — business process change management support, — Finance and procurement shared services design and implementation support, — deployment to phase 1 sites, and — application and development support for phase 1 and 2. The contracting authority anticipates that the contract will have a term of 10 years. This will involve an implementation period to deliver phase 1 followed by a period of post go live support. The duration of the contract may be extended or reduced during the dialogue stage, and the ISFT will outline the final term of the contract. The contracting authority reserves the right to amend the term of the contract in accordance with procurement legislation. The estimated value of the contract is between 18 000 000 EUR and 22 000 000 EUR.
