AirNav Ireland is seeking to procure an Contingency Air Situation Display System (CASDS), it is expected the solution will include software and hardware elements. CASDS is used to provide a safe ATM service in the event of a failure of the main COOPANS ATM system. AirNav Ireland is seeking to procure a contingency air situation display system, along with simulator training platforms. It is expected the solution will include software and hardware elements. CASDS will be used to provide a safe ATM service in the event of a failure of the main ATM COOPANS system To comply with EU and IAA safety requirements, the software purchased must meet the regulations Lot 1: The new contingency ATM system will be deployed in separate instances in Dublin ATCC, Dublin Tower, Ballycasey ATCC, Cork Tower, Shannon Tower and CEROC contingency centre. The simulator platforms will be located in Dublin ATCC and Ballycasey ATCC.
