Framework agreement for the procurement of consultancy service related to service design

AtB needs assistance to develop services that address the real user needs. AtB therefore wishes to enter into a framework agreement with a service design agency that can put the user in the centre and see the entire service from the perspective of the various users, thereby ensuring a valuable experience throughout the customer journey. The starting point is that it shall be easy to use public transport. The framework agreement has an estimated value of NOK 3 million and a maximum value of NOK 6 million.
