Description

The University of Worcester is seeking to procure a Virtual Placement Simulation Software Platform to support the delivery of Simulated Practice Learning (SPL) across multiple healthcare programmes. The primary driver for procurement is the expansion of Nursing SPL requirements from 300 to 487.5 hours from September 2026, with potential future scalability up to 600 hours where required. While Nursing forms the primary use case and financial driver for procurement, the University also wishes to explore wider applicability across healthcare disciplines including: Medicine, Midwifery, Allied Health, and interprofessional education.
