Description
Provision of an ICT managed service for Garth Hill College and Sandy Lane Primary School. The ICT managed service is to provide onsite support, technical support, system monitoring, change management and service management for an initial period of 3 years with a possibility to extend the contract for 2 further periods of 12 months each. The maintenance and management of the ICT hardware and software across the schools to ensure they remain operational to support the teaching and administration operations. This is to include onsite support every day during term.
