Troms og Finnmark fylkeskommune (TFFK) (Troms og Finnmark County) invite tenderers to participate in an open tender contest on behalf of Fylkeskommune Nord (FKN) concerning a framework agreement for dental consumables. FKN consists of the counties of Møre og Romsdal, Trøndelag, Nordland and Troms og Finnmark as well as the Tannhelsetjenestens Kompetansesenter (the Dental Health Service’s Competence Centre) for Midt-Norge IKS. On behalf of FKN, Troms og Finnmark procures framework agreements for the following areas in dental consumables, and the annual value of the contracts is estimated to be as follows: — medical face masks, — dental consumables, — disposable gloves, — disinfectant. The individual subcontracts have a duration of 3 years with an option for the contracting authority to extend the contract for an additional 1 year. See under the tab ‘Sub-contract’ for a detailed description of what will be procured. FKN is not a legal entity, and therefore identical contracts will be signed by each of the counties with the selected supplier. Legal responsibility and contractual follow-up lies with the individual contracting party. The purpose of the subcontract for face masks is to cover the need for face masks to the dental clinics in the country’s northernmost counties. The contract duration is 3 years with an option for the contracting authority to extend the contract for a further 1 year. The purpose of the subcontract for dental consumables is to cover the need in the following categories: — X-ray accessories, — clinical prosthetics, — orthodontics, — surgery and periodontics, — instruments and accessories, — filling materials and accessories, — aesthetics and prophylaxis, — consumables, — endodontics, — dental drills, diamonds, cleaning and polishing products. The price form under the tab ‘dokumenter’ (documents) states which goods are requested. The contract duration is 3 years with an option for the contracting authority to extend the contract for a further 1 year.
