Multi-Party Framework for Small Building Works, value of works between €20k - €80k for University of Galway (GALW/BUILD1277/2026)

Description

The Contracting Authority is seeking to establish a Multi-Party Framework Agreement for Small Building Works, value of works between €20k and €80k, for University of Galway. The works consist of a variety of construction works, including, but not limited to the following: Small office refurbishment work, small laboratory refurbishment works, repairs and small re-roofing projects, internal and external building fabric works/repair, fire safety improvement works, demolition works, general building works, extensions and alterations to existing structures and infrastructure, works to protected structures, provision and erection of signage, works to the façade of an existing building, emergency/rapid response repairs to roof leaks, emergency/rapid response repairs to storm damage, removal and disposal of lab/office furniture, remove/replace missing or damaged suspended ceiling tiles, repairs to floor tiles, i.e. ceramic, quarry etc., repairs to internal/external building fabric, small demolition/chasing works, coring holds in concrete masonry walls and floors for services, cleaning external paving, walls and roof areas, provision and erection of signage, works to doors and fire doors.
