In the framework of the P8.3 project, following equipment will be tendered: Vacuuminsulated Transferlines DN25/PN 16 (medium tube) In the framework of the P8.3 project, following equipment will be tendered: Vacuuminsulated Transferlines DN25/PN 16 (medium tube): — Pos. 1 Liquid hydrogen/LNG transfer line approx. 75 length and approx. 7 bends (operation temp. 21/112K), — Pos. 2 Liquid oxygen transfer line approx. 80 length and approx. 10 bends (operation temp. 90K), — Pos. 3 Liquid oxygen filling line approx. 15 length and approx. 3-4 bends (operation temp. 90K/70K for liquid nitrogen), — max. heat input 2 W/m for pos.1 and 1,5W/m for pos.2 and 3, — all lines shall be equipped with a welded coupling at each ends, suitable for connecting vacuum insulated rigid pipes, — required pipe supports, fixpoints/sliding supports shall be included, — the bending radius shall be max. 600 mm, — max. cross section (space limits 150 x 150 mm), — PED conformity, — cleanliness requirements in accordance to DIN EN 12300 with additional particle test. Minimum scope of supply: — design and engineering for construction, design Review, — procurement of material, fabrication and integration, — quality assurance and control, — tests, workshop acceptance, authority approvals, — as built documentation, — transport, erection, — option: max. 6 month storage at supplier.
