Legal Services Panel

Description

This is a contract award notice for the provision of Legal Services to the University of Lincoln. The University has conducted a two stage restricted OJEU process comprising of a shortlisting questionnaire stage followed by a tender and award stage. Supplier's successful at the shortlisting stage were invited to participate in the tender and award stage. The University has awarded contracts to five successful suppliers to form the Legal Services Panel. The panel will provide Legal advice, support and guidance to the University's Colleges and Professional Services departments covering Property, Employment and People, General and Commercial and Student Focused related matters. Contracts have been awarded for an initial three year period from 1st June 2021 to 31st May 2024. There are two further 12 month extension periods available, taking the maximum contract end date to 31st May 2026.
