This is an Intention to Award Notice to award using the Most Suitable Provider Process to Newhall Surgery for the provision of Care and management of adult patients with Gender Dysphoria / Gender Incongruence in Primary Care within Derby & Derbyshire from 01st October 2025.<br/><br/>The service is a pilot, and the initial contract is for 5 years with a 6 month notice period included with effect from 01st October 2025. Annual contract value is £46,795.64. Total contract value over 5 years £233,975.00.<br/><br/>This is a new service and Newhall Surgery are a new provider for the Care and management of adult patients with Gender Dysphoria / Gender Incongruence in Primary Care.
