Description
CVG wishes to enter into a Contract to carry out remedial works to 57 properties located at High Street Kirkintilloch. The 57 properties are contained within 3 separate blocks of flatted accommodation which are newly constructed but are currently 95% complete. The works comprise of finishing the properties internally including electrical and painter works and undertaking some remedial works both internally and externally. Lot 1: The contract is split into two phases as follows: Phase 1 – comprising 41 properties in two blocks Phase 2 – comprising 16 properties in one block It is a requirement of this tender that bidder’s price for both phases. The successful bidder will be the one which achieves the Most Economically Advantageous Tender across both phases.
