Establishment of Single-Party Framework Agreement for the design, supply, installation, commissioning and maintenance of library building automation solution (My Open Library) for Fingal County Council Libraries with an initial contract at Donabate Library, Donabate, Co. Dublin. The scope of the Framework will include the provision of the design, supply, installation, commissioning and maintenance of a Library building automation solution (My Open Library) and any ancillary services. This Library building automation solution is to provide access to services and deliver automated self-service for members of the public outside of staffed hours and allow for normal service provision during staff hours for Libraries located in the administrative area of Fingal.
