Description
As part of the contract for operation of passenger transport on Bybanen [the light rail] between Bybanen AS and Keolis Norge AS, Keolis Norge AS is, among other things, responsible for performing de-icing on the overhead contact line when the weather conditions in winter require it. Bybanen AS considers it most appropriate for the total operation of Bybanen that this maintenance task is returned to Bybanen AS. The contract amendment is permitted, cf. the supply Regulation § 24-1 (1) a) and b). Lot 1: Avenant prenant en compte les conséquences de la crise sanitaire sur l'exécution du marché.
