Provision of an ICT Data Protection Compliance Software Solution for the administration of the Data Protection, Freedom of Information and Protected Disclosures Functions (HSE ref. 25027)

Description

This tender competition is designed to support the HSE National Data Protection Office, Freedom of Information, and Compliance functions (thereafter referred to as the DPO function) in the provision and implementation of a comprehensive Data Protection and Compliance Software Solution to enable the HSE to monitor compliance with regulatory and legislative obligations. The HSE National Data Protection Office (DPO) is both a statutory requirement of a public service body and an essential enabler in providing data protection guidance and advice, supporting all services and functions across the HSE to meet its obligations under General Data Protection Regulation and the Data Protection Act 2018. The DPO function is seeking a Data Protection and Compliance Software Solution, cloud-hosted (SaaS), to support the activities and responsibilities of the function in both National and Regional Health Areas. This includes the development, delivery, upgrade, and maintenance of a solution, infrastructure, and ongoing SaaS services as needed.
