Persons with Disability.: Hoist to have appropriate safety devices to facilitate fixing of appropriate harnesses for lowering physically disabled people into boats. Must be capable of lowering to 1.8m below key wall. Lifting speed – must have dual speed with option slow enough to allow safe transfer of physically disabled persons onto boats. Rotation 360 Deg. (270 may be considered) Boat Launching SWL for Boats up to 2t Reach 4m. Lifting height for boats 5m (2t element). Rotation 360 Deg. (270 may be considered) Mast Stepping: Include for jib or other capability to support mast stepping. Max mast weight 700kg Lifting Height for masts 7m above quay wall– capable of lifting 14m masts at 7m fulcrum. Rotation 360 Deg. (270 may be considered)
