DGC are looking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced Supplier to provide a comprehensive, secure, systematic, fully managed service to print, pack and distribute garden waste bin permits across the Dumfries and Galloway region. Lot 1: DGC are looking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced Supplier to provide a comprehensive, secure, systematic, fully managed service to print, pack and distribute garden waste bin permits across the Dumfries and Galloway region. The services must include: -Design support services for and provision of adhesive labels. -Supply of printed envelopes and covering letters for each permit. - Postal service for each permit to households. - Access to dispatch information through a managed route allowing nominated Council staff to view; interrogate and update permit data in real time. - Solution support during the Council’s working hours.
