Description

Kirklees Council is seeking to engage with the market to assess both the feasibility and appetite for delivering an innovative hybrid residential care model for younger adults with behaviours that challenge. This soft market test aims to gather insights from experienced and forward-thinking providers to inform future commissioning strategies and service design. We are particularly interested in service models that combine the structure and safeguards of residential care with the ethos of supported living—promoting independence, personalised support, and meaningful outcomes within a safe and enabling environment.
