Specialist Accommodation: Emergency Accommodation for Young Adults with Complex Needs

Kirklees Council is seeking to engage with the market to assess both the feasibility and appetite for potential housing providers who can offer fit-for-purpose accommodation for six young adults with differing complex care needs and behaviours that challenge. This soft market test aims to explore short-term housing solutions that are safe, inclusive, and sustainable, with the potential for rapid mobilisation.
