This soft market testing exercise aims to gain market insight into the best procurement approach and contractual set up for the Services Concession Contract for the Provision of Dockless Electric Cycle Hire Scheme. It also aims to identify the potential number of organisations who would be interested in tendering for the contract. Please complete the questionnaire in the attachment and return it by 12 noon on Friday 26th September. Note - Whilst the regions of supply state "Merton, Kingston upon Thames and Sutton", this procurement exercise will result in a contracts for Royal Borough of Kingston and London Borough of Sutton only.
