Two Year Contract for Kitchen Replacement Works

Description

The Contract primarily involves the replacement and installation of new kitchens including wallboard wall finishes, stainless steel splashbacks, slip resistant flooring, new light fittings, ring main replacements, surestop stopcocks, decoration works, and new extract fans throughout Castlemilk, Glasgow. The Contract will be undertaken over two phases of work during financial years incorporating; Year 1 (2024-2025 programme) – replacement of existing kitchens to approximately 52nr properties; and Year 2 (2025-2026 programme) – replacement of existing kitchens to approximately 83nr properties. Subject to successful completion of the two-year programme of surveys and works, the Contract may be extended by a maximum period of three further years through 1 + 1 + 1 twelve-month extensions from the completion date. Lot 1: Single stage tendering and all bidders may submit a tender. Bidders are also advised that Ardenglen Housing Association will hold a Contractors Workshop via Microsoft Teams during the tender period. The Event will be free of charge and shall provide a review of Ardenglen Housing Association’s requirements contained within the tender documentation and the information to be provided by Bidder’s when submitting their tender response The Contractors Workshop will commence at 10.00am BST on Friday 25th October 2024.
