Provision of consultancy services including Strategic Sponsorship of Midlands Rail Hub in WMRE's role as Co Client. This to include: - ln the role of Strategic Sponsor, work with project partners in the delivery of key project milestones. - Sponsor WMRE's strategic contributions to MRH including on Train Service Specification, Customer Experience, Programme Operating Model, Sponsorship Model and Strategic Communications. Represent WMRE's interests at meetings and workshops. - Lead on the informal engagement and project management of Bordesley Station Closure. - Work with partners to identify resourcing requirements; making the case for continued resource within WMRE. - Drive foruvard the realisation of wider benefits associated with MRH including housing, regeneration, land value capture, wider development and transport integration. - Set up meetings, workshops and site visits as required; conduct ongoing relationship
