Public Toilet refurbishment with Changing Places facility

Oswestry Town Council are asking companies to submit their tender application for Alterations and Improvements to English Walls Public Toilets. Oswestry Town Council have carried out the design stage of this project to make alterations to the current public toilet building to also allow the installation of a changing places facility. Applications that meet the criteria as set out in the tender document will be considered by elected members in October, with the view that the awarded contractor will be selected. The anticipated start date is November 2023, with the anticipated end date being March 2024. Interested parties are requested to email henryteuma@oswestry-tc.gov.uk to request a tender pack.
