The subject of the framework contract is the supply by the Contractor of the following goods: Lot 1 - IT Equipment Lot 2 - IT Accessories and Consumables Lot 3 - Communication Equipment The supplies are to be provided in 2 incoterms - FCA supplier warehouse and DDP Intersos Humanitarian Aid Organization - Via Aniene, 26A - 00198 Roma RM and deliveries should start in no more than 10 days from the date of signature of the contract by the Contractor and based on submitted purchase orders and agreed delivery lead times. Lot 1: IT Equipment A Framework Contract will be signed between INTERSOS and the Contractor after the closing of the tender until 31st of December 2024.Within the contract duration and according to its operational needs, INTERSOS reserves the right to purchase only a part of the listed items in different times and specify the requested quantities of supplies without variation in the unit price offered by your company. The total amount of the orders cannot exceed 3.000.000 EUR. Lot 2: IT Accessories and Consumables A Framework Contract will be signed between INTERSOS and the Contractor after the closing of the tender until 31st of December 2024.Within the contract duration and according to its operational needs, INTERSOS reserves the right to purchase only a part of the listed items in different times and specify the requested quantities of supplies without variation in the unit price offered by your company.
