Lot 1: Orkney Islands Council requires a suitably experienced design consultancy team with Naval Architect abilities to assist with the Concept and Tendering Design Specification for three new Ro-Pax vessels for the Orkney Outer Isles ( Sanday, Stronsay, Eday and Westray) as per specification and timescale detailed, in the contract documentation.
