Project to extend and modernise the Konrad Adenauer Building in Luxembourg — technical adviser assignment for monitoring the works

Description

The European Parliament has decided to launch this invitation to tender in order to enter into a contract with a technical adviser for monitoring the works to construct and modernise its Konrad Adenauer Building in Luxembourg. The technical adviser shall provide the client's representative with technical assistance as regards all the technical aspects involved in carrying out this project. He shall also conduct quality audits on lots from project management and assist during the building acceptance phase and at the start of putting these buildings into operation. The technical adviser shall work closely with the Luxembourg Building Projects Unit, the entity which forms part of the Directorate-General for Infrastructure and Logistics of the European Parliament. The technical adviser shall provide services broken down into the following assignments: — start — familiarisation with the dossier, — project performance monitoring, — construction schedule updating, — audits on lots from project management, — assistance during the building acceptance phase, — assistance with commissioning the buildings and at the start of putting them into operation.
