Description
To provide an Integrated Workplace Management System to West Lothian Council. Lot 1: The contract is for the continued provision, support and development of the Council's Integrated Workplace Management System (IWMS) for the management of its operational and non-operational property estate. The system supports property asset management, facilities management and associated helpdesk functions across the Council's property portfolio. The contract includes access to the core system together with additional functionality to enhance service delivery, including workflow automation and process management capabilities, as well as associated maintenance, support and consultancy services.
