Stock Condition Surveys – SHP 2025

Sutton Housing Partnership, is issuing this Mini Competition for Stock Condition Surveys for SHP. SHP are required to meet all statutory obligations in relation to our Housing stock. The Housing stock asset management function is controlled by the SHP Asset Management team. Accordingly, this tender package for the Housing Stock will include: - Dwelling Stock Condition Surveys, Energy Performance Certificates (EPC)and Housing Health & Safety Rating System (HHSRS) Assessments in relation to our dwelling and residential block stock. Other or Additional items of scope maybe added to the final tender requirements and pricing schedule Generally, Building and Stock Condition Surveyors shall be responsible for conducting assessments and surveys of Sutton Housing Partnership properties in order to determine their physical condition, and provide recommendations for maintenance and repair. The surveyors shall also provide detailed reports on the condition of the properties, including an assessment of any risks or hazards present.
