Description

The follow-up will give the individual participants individually facilitated follow-up assistance that is necessary to implement training and education initiative on at least a sixth form college level. The initiative can also be used during transition to regular paid work. Relevant participants are persons with mental health problems that have been approved for the training and education initiative through NAV and who have a need for more comprehensive follow-up assistance than the Norwegian Labour and Welfare Administration can offer. The target group includes persons with mental illness who experience difficulties in returning to and/or maintaining school attendance/studies due to their afflictions and environmental hindrances. This approach also applies to persons with cognitive impairments and mild mental development impairments. The contract duration is 2 years with an option to extend for 1 year + 1 year. Requirement for the service location to be in the central area of Haugesund. Requirement for the service location to be in the central area of Stavanger.
