Description

The objective of the tender competition is to enter into a framework agreement for the delivery of furniture (Offices and institution furniture and school and nursery furniture). The annual value of the procurement is estimated to NOK 14 000 000, excluding VAT. The value is an estimate that can vary greatly from year to year. The value is not binding. The contract is divided in 2 groups and one tenderer for each group will be awarded. See the procurement documentation for further information. Groups The contracting authority has considered dividing the assignment in accordance with PPR §19-4, and has decided that for this type of procurement it is suitable to divide into two groups. Tenders can be submitted for one or both groups. Sub-tenders and alternative tenders cannot be submitted within each group. The two groups are: — office and institution furniture, — school and nursery furniture. The contracting authority will enter into a contract with one tenderer for each group. The contracting authority expects that tenderers study the contractual terms and makes the required internal clarifications in such a way that a contract can be signed if awarded.
