Fife Council require a Lone and Remote Working Solution with Integrated Alarm Receiving Centre which will provide: - An intuitive and easy to use solution; - An accredited Alarm Receiving Centre; - An accredited and dedicated lone working device; - Management Reporting and Administrative Functionality; - Required device accreditations; - Self-Service Portal for all Users, their Supervisors and Managers; - An interface to other Corporate solutions where required; - Reassurance to all Lone and Remote Workers. Lot 1: 12-month extension of the contract as agreed with the supplier. The original description is below. Fife Council have a legal responsibility to ensure the safety of their employees and, as such, must establish a robust lone and remote working solution. The system/solution that is implemented will ensure that Fife Council complies with its obligation or duty of care, as an employer, in line with Health and Safety Executive standards.
