COLP Records Storage - Restore

Description

The duration of the entire contract is 3 years with an optional extension of 3 years. The dates and contract values are included in section 1 of this Contracts Finder - Awarded Contract notice. The contract is a direct award framework call-off via ESPO's Document Management Solutions Framework (Reference 390_22). Summary of Requirements: The CoLP currently have 10,000 boxes of archived material which need to be stored/destroyed off site. - Secure (ISO standard) storage for all police archived records - Same day secure delivery and collection upon request - Clear Procedure for COLP staff to visit all co-ordinated through the COLP Records Management Team - Secure destruction of archives including media. - Secure climate-controlled storage for media . - Scanning service on demand a benefit
