Description

The subject of the framework contract is the provision of travel agency services in the field of official travels on behalf of the Office and in the field of attendance to events, as well as for other people travelling in its name or at its request. Lot 1: 1. The area of missions covers travel, accommodation and other services related to the attendance of EUIPO staff to meetings, conferences or other professional events outside the place of employment as defined in the technical specifications. There are three types of missions: standard, combined and extended. It also covers the management of the documents for the claim of reimbursable costs incurred by the staff member during a mission; 2. The area of events covers travel, accommodation and other services for people taking part to an event who are not statutory staff of EUIPO, as defined in the technical specifications.
