Description

Provision of an advanced clinical assessment, triage, treatment and management service for locally registered patients in Harrow, involving patient clinics accessed from scheduled community based appointments. The requirement includes integrated clinical advice and guidance provided remotely for referring clinicians to inform management of patient conditions. The clinical Services included in this contract include: MSK Orthopaedics, MSK Rheumatology, Ophthalmology, Dermatology, Paediatrics, Neurology and Haemorrhoids, Physiotherapy, Gastroenterology and ADHD. NHS Harrow Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG) has awarded an interim 6 month contract for community services (with the potential option to extend for up to a further 18 months). The award of the interim arrangement will be made to the incumbent provider to ensure continuity of necessary service provision to local patients whilst the CCG undertakes a necessary review of its requirements to develop a new specification during this interim period. The annual value of the contract is 1 772 195 GBP.
