Support to Process Public and Targeted Consultations

Description

The European Food Safety Authority (EFSA) is the keystone of European Union (EU) risk assessment regarding food and feed safety. The Risk Assessment Logistics Unit (RAL Unit) aims to facilitate the scientific production by connecting with people, tools and processes towards future EFSA. The RAL Unit provides support services to EFSA scientific staff and experts along the risk assessment processes of all mandates. The unit contributes to the optimisation and harmonisation of the risk assessment. The objective of this call is to identify a contractor to assist EFSA with launching public and targeted consultations through EFSA’s IT tools (Appian and Salesforce), retrieving reports, processing comments, and performing an initial analysis on their content. EFSA collects input from stakeholders on its scientific work through public and targeted consultations. The contractor shall also be able to retrieve statistics on consultations used by EFSA internally or for external communications. Lot 1: Support to process public and targeted consultations.
