Lot 2: Lot 2: Strategic and Business Management Consultancy Tender — Management Consultancy Partner In support of the successful implementation of the Agency’s single programming document (SPD), this tender aims at providing EASA with services to meet its management consultancy needs over 4 years related to business transformation and operational development with a view to increasing efficiency, productivity, improving quality and effectiveness and equipping the Agency for further challenges. Open procedure for the award of a multiple framework contract with up to five contractors. Implementation through re-opening of competition for all services. Framework contract volume of EUR 3 000 000 over 4 years duration.
