A requirement that 20 schools will have achieved the 'Good' level of accreditation. A requirement that 5 schools will be deemed to be 'Champion' schools achieving 'Very Good' or above accreditation on Modeshift in the second year of the life of their Travel Plan. These schools as champions will be able to exert peer to peer influence and relevant support to the wider schools community. Each plan must include baseline travel data, identified barriers, proposed actions, and monitoring arrangements. Plans must be uploaded to the Modeshift STARS platform and meet the criteria for at least 'Good' accreditation. A written pledge from the named owner of the school travel plan to commit to continuous development of the travel plan and ambition to achieve an improved rating going forward. This would trigger further soft interventions to the school such as level 3 or other cycle training measures and a suite of other complementary offers.
