Description

The tender contest includes a Framework Agreement for the delivery of brown and white goods, small electrical appliances and accessories. The deliveries must be free of fright to the relevant delivery addresses. The Framework Agreement must also cover the requirement for additional services (option) such as installation services and ‘delivery to rooms’. The Contracting Authority estimates that the procurement for white goods is 70 %, for brown goods 20 % and for small electrical appliances 10 % of the total value of 15-20 000 000 NOK during the contract period. The volume is an estimate and must therefore be considered non-binding. The Contracting Authority reserves the right to procure goods with a value of more than 200 000 NOK excluding VAT or for project specific assignments, outside the Framework Agreement. The Contracting Authority retains the right to collect tender offers/procure used equipment from other service providers during the agreement period. See Part 2, requirement specifications, for further information. NAV in each municipality shall have the option for entering into the Framework Agreement in accordance with requirements. Municipal enterprises in each municipality shall have the option for entering into the Framework Agreement.
