Running the catering services and providing related services for the Court of Justice of the European Union

Description

This contract involves the following services: A — running the catering service of the Court (concession); B — installing and managing vending and coffee machines (concession); C — providing catering services on the basis of purchase orders or estimates; D — providing washing/dry-cleaning services (concession). Service A: running the catering service of the Court (concession): the Court shall entrust the contractor with running its executive and staff restaurants, cafeterias and Club lounges throughout the contract term. Service B: installing and managing vending and coffee machines (concession): the contractor shall install vending and coffee machines at the Court, which it will manage throughout the contract term. Service C: providing catering services on the basis of purchase orders or estimates: the Court shall order catering services as and when required: for banquets, coffee breaks and in-house meetings. Service D: providing washing and dry-cleaning services (concession): the Court shall give the contractor a room for running a washing/dry-cleaning facility for its staff.
