NAT001-0287 Provision of Services to Produce an Evidence Base

Description

The National Lotteries Promotions Unit (NLPU) is seeking to engage a Service Provider to produce an ‘Evidence Base’ to demonstrate the impact and value of the National Lottery to the entire UK over the last 25 years, whilst looking ahead to the next 25 years. The Evidence Base will showcase the impact of The National Lottery through: 1. hard facts and statistics and 2. stories and historical context. The scope of the invitation to tender includes: * the provision of Services to produce Evidence Base 1; and * the provision of Services to produce Evidence Base 2 (optional - see below) Bidders may bid for Evidence Base 1 only, or for Evidence Base 1 and 2 but cannot bid for Evidence Base 2 on its own. The award of a contract for the production of Evidence Base 2 by the NLPU is optional and will only be made to the Bidder that is appointed to produce Evidence Base 1 if: (a) the NLPU has not appointed/decided to appoint a Senior Creative Researcher to produce Evidence Base 2; or (b) the Bidder selected to produce Evidence Base 1 has included a bid for Evidence Base 2 in its tender response; and (c) the Bidder's proposal for the production of Evidence Base 2 is deemed, at the sole and absolute discretion of the NLPU, to be acceptable.
