We are inviting you to submit an RFQ proposal for the provision of Office Cleaning Services. The requirements are detailed in the specification and pricing documents submitted within this RFQ, the two Salix Homes sites we require cleaning services at are: • Diamond House - Annex 1 in the Specification • Orchard Street - Annex 2 in the Specification Both sites are located in Salford. Salix Homes will only be awarding one contract to cover both sites, therefore Bidders must price for both and be able to supply services to both sites. The Contract will be for an initial term of 2-years, extendable at Salix Homes sole discretion for a period of 1-year giving a total term of 3-years (the Term).
