At Ladehammer treatment plant (henceforth referred to as Lara) and Høvringen treatment plant (henceforth referred to as Høra) in Trondheim municipality, a framework agreement shall be entered into. The framework agreement includes the procurement and delivery of precipitant chemicals and polymer. The plants are the main treatment plants in Trondheim municipality and receive waste water from the entire city. Ladehammeren receives waste water from the east part of Trondheim, and Høvringen receives waste water from the west part of Trondheim. The contract includes the delivery of complete additive agents for precipitants, coagulation and de-watering. Alterations in the purification requirements or required purification level may occur during the delivery period. Unexpected measures/alterations, etc. may result in the plant being terminated and the use of chemicals reduced.
