Automated travel and customer surveys

Description

Skyss would like to receive tender offers for automated travel surveys which, with the consent of the customer, can track and summarise their trips starting from the time the trip begins, to possibly boarding one of Skyss's vehicles or vessels, to reaching their final destination. The travel surveys must cover all trips, including those that do not involve the use of Skyss's vehicles or vessels. The surveys must be automated, and require no actions other than consent from Skyss's customers. At the same time, privacy must be safeguarded in such a way that neither the tenderer, Skyss nor others are able to identify individuals from stored data. Lot 1: 1. Installation and operation of essential firmware (network servers/beacons) in Skyss' vehicles and speedboats in the Bergen region, with the option of expansion to several operating areas in Vestland county. Consideration must be given to installation in 1,000 vehicles and boats in the first iteration. 2. Delivery of finished reports through a web solution such as Power BI. 3. Delivery of anonymised travel data (as a basis for reports) through an API endpoint, data lake or similar solution. 4. Necessary licenses for software, both for the tenderer and Skyss (e.g. software components that must be implemented in the Skyss Reise app).
