Voluntary ex-ante transparency notice: Mapping/scoring tools for mental health care, physical publications, to the health trusts in the Central Norway Regional Health Authority [Helse Midt-Norge]

Helse Midt-Norge and its underlying health trusts intend to enter into a contract with Gyldendal Norsk Forlag AS for the delivery of physical, Norwegian-language publications of mapping/scoring tools within mental health care, as well as training in their use. The tools must comply with the Norwegian Directorate of Health's "Changes in recommendations on mapping tools in normative products in the field of substance abuse and mental health" first published on 13 June 2022. The deadline for appeals against signing of the contract is set at Monday 23 January 2023 at 09:00. Lot 1: Helse Midt-Norge and its underlying health trusts intend to enter into a contract with Gyldendal Norsk Forlag AS for the delivery of physical, Norwegian-language publications of mapping/scoring tools within mental health care, as well as training in their use. The contract is valid for as long as a) the tools are in use b) the tools are applicable to the recommendations provided by the Directorate of Health c) the rights to the tools belong to the chosen tenderer The deadline for appeals against signing of the contract is set at Monday 23 January 2023 at 09:00.
