Framework Contract for the Provision of Courier Services

Description

The subject of this tender is the provision of courier services for FRONTEX under the framework contract (hereinafter referred to as ‘FWC’) divided into two lots: • lot 1: domestic courier services on the territory of Poland and international export/import courier services from/to Poland; • lot 2: international courier services where Poland is not a site of service. Lot 2: International Courier Services where Poland is not a Site of Service Lot 2 covers: • international courier services between any European Union Member State’s locations, for instance a shipment from Italy to Greece; • international courier services between any European Union Member State and third country in Europe, for instance a shipment from Albania to Italy; • international courier services between third countries in Europe, for instance a shipment from Albania to Serbia; • non-mandatory international courier services between any European Union Member State and third country outside Europe, for instance a shipment from Italy to Nigeria. FRONTEX reserves the right to conduct negotiated procedure without prior publication of a contract notice based on point 11.1(e) of the Annex I to Financial Regulation to increase the ceiling, if such a need occurs and the respective conditions apply.
