Description

The contracting authority has awarded a contract for ongoing services for a deviation and improvement system. Stavanger municipality is being reorganised and long-term adjustment in accordance with social development is part of the aim. This is expected to be achieved by, amongst other things, the systems in the municipality being more flexible and able to provide support when there is a need for transverse cooperation, coordination and activities. The procurement of a new deviation and improvement system is a link in this goal achievement. It is a prerequisite that the system is user-friendly and facilitates good reporting and processing reported deviations and improvements. The system must be a support tool for improvements and learning and, at the same time, contribute to the development of a dynamic and well-functioning internal control. Stavanger municipality needs a system that shall be used by 10 000 to 12 000 employees, divided between approx. 150 entities and municipal companies. The municipality is divided into 7 service areas: — urban environment and development, — town and society planning, — growth and education, — health and welfare, — inhabitant and society contact, — strategy and management, and — support and development.
