ON ISLAND CONTRACTORS ONLY ADVANCE NOTIFICATION OF TENDER Scope of works A-SWU: Phase 1a – Service Yard • Construct slab to locate interim transformer • HV cable trenching for cable routes (if required as planning to reuse existing ducts) • Construct new main switchroom structure (foundation, slab, walls & doors, and roof between 3 existing building elevations) • Drainage alterations (minor) • BWIC (inc. DL works penetrations) • Structural alterations to boiler room (New doors & Steelwork) Contractors must be able to evidence or demonstrate how they will regularly communicate and interface with other Contractors, the Project team, and PoJ support services in a method that is clear and mitigates risks of operational coordination during Works duration.
