The Departments’ own internal audits have shown that they continually meet clinical quality standards. The audits carried out by the Provider have also evidenced this as part of compliance of the service.<br/>2.<br/>Value – The Provider will continue to deliver pricing in line with the Trusts requirement to delivery pricing below tariff rates and within the Trusts planned budget requirement for this service provision. There was clear value to the service demonstrated by the DM01 waiting list figures<br/>3.<br/>Integration, collaboration, and service sustainability – The Provider works within the local estate using local staff. Therefore, there is close collaboration between ESNEFT and the provider. This criterion has been assessed by monthly monitoring of the Trust DM01 position for adult transthoracic echocardiography. As above, the Provider is able to clear the original backlog and sustain diagnostic target compliance throughout the contract period.<br/>4.<br/>Improving access, reducing health inequalities, and facilitating choice – The Provider has been assessed during the contract period and the Service has been satisfied that the Provider demonstrates flexibility in their approach to meeting the Trusts’ requirements. Access to adult transthoracic echocardiography has been greatly improved when measuring performance the DM01 waiting lists. Individual provider-staff have been willing to shift availability to weekends where required to ensure good resource utilisation throughout the week which provides more flexibility to the patient.<br/>5.<br/>Social Value – the staffing provided are working closer to home which allows for a better employee experience and job satisfaction which enables the Provider to retain their staffing within the local jobs market environment. The Provider offers arrangements for staffing which are local and use public transport which also supports the environmental footprint<br/><br/>Any Challenges to be sent jane.chalfont@esneft.nhs.uk
