The types of maintenance works covered by this term contract includes Planned and Emergency Maintenance (i.e. general builders work, joinery, small commercial, domestic heating and plumbing, bricklaying, plastering, electrical work, slater work and associated painterwork) of all Council properties and Small Capital Works below 100,000 GBP. The scope of this contract also includes additional statutory maintenance where appropriate, and maintenance of temporary tenancies where relevant. Lot 1: Helensburgh & Lomond The types of maintenance works covered by this term contract includes Planned and Emergency Maintenance (i.e. general builders work, joinery, small commercial, domestic heating and plumbing, bricklaying, plastering, electrical work, slater work and associated painterwork) of all Council properties and Small Capital Works below 100,000 GBP. The scope of this contract also includes additional statutory maintenance where appropriate, and maintenance of temporary tenancies where relevant. Lot 2: Cowal The types of maintenance works covered by this term contract includes Planned and Emergency Maintenance (i.e. general builders work, joinery, small commercial, domestic heating and plumbing, bricklaying, plastering, electrical work, slater work and associated painterwork) of all Council properties and Small Capital Works below 100,000 GBP. The scope of this contract also includes additional statutory maintenance where appropriate, and maintenance of temporary tenancies where relevant. Lot 3: Bute The types of maintenance works covered by this term contract includes Planned and Emergency Maintenance (i.e. general builders work, joinery, small commercial, domestic heating and plumbing, bricklaying, plastering, electrical work, slater work and associated painterwork) of all Council properties and Small Capital Works below 100,000 GBP. The scope of this contract also includes additional statutory maintenance where appropriate, and maintenance of temporary tenancies where relevant. Lot 4: Mid-Argyll The types of maintenance works covered by this term contract includes Planned and Emergency Maintenance (i.e. general builders work, joinery, small commercial, domestic heating and plumbing, bricklaying, plastering, electrical work, slater work and associated painterwork) of all Council properties and Small Capital Works below 100,000 GBP. Lot 7: Oban, Lorn & Mull The types of maintenance works covered by this term contract includes Planned and Emergency Maintenance (i.e. general builders work, joinery, small commercial, domestic heating and plumbing, bricklaying, plastering, electrical work, slater work and associated painterwork) of all Council properties and Small Capital Works below 100,000 GBP.
